User Agreement

1. Purpose

This User Agreement governs your relationship with ReggaePixel®, including our website, mobile app, and all affiliated programs. It outlines your rights, responsibilities, and the standards expected when engaging with our services.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. By using ReggaePixel®, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify ReggaePixel® immediately of any unauthorized account use.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload offensive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of ReggaePixel® platforms.

5. Branch-Specific Terms

• Business Solutions: Clients must comply with ethical business practices when using ReggaeBusiness™ and RAP programs.
• Custom Prints: Users retain ownership of designs but grant ReggaePixel® a license to market and distribute them globally via ReggaeShop™.
• Digital Enterprise: Solutions are provided “as is.” Clients are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their systems.
• ALINERS: Partnerships are governed by separate agreements. Users engaging with ALINERS services must comply with partner terms.

6. Mobile App Usage

The ReggaePixel® Mobile App may request permissions (location, camera, storage). Granting permissions enhances functionality but is optional. Unauthorized tampering or reverse engineering is prohibited.

7. Payments

Fees for premium services are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated. Users authorize ReggaePixel® to process payments securely.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, and proprietary technologies are the property of ReggaePixel®. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Use of ReggaePixel® services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to this User Agreement, you acknowledge and accept our data practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

ReggaePixel® provides services “as is” and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where required by law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this agreement or harmful activities.

12. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes shall be resolved in Jamaican courts.

13. Changes to Agreement

ReggaePixel® may update this User Agreement periodically. Updates will be posted on our website and Mobile App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
