1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReggaePixel® services, including our website, mobile app, and affiliated programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

ReggaePixel® operates across multiple branches:

• Business Solutions: Consultation, rebranding, profitability initiatives, ReggaeBusiness™, and RAP.
• Custom Prints: Design Studio™, ReggaeShop™, and personalized gifts/apparel.
• Digital Enterprise: Software, infrastructure, and technology development.
• ALINERS: Allied Network of Industry Pioneers partnerships.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when registering or transacting.
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
• Use services lawfully and respectfully, avoiding fraud or misuse.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, and proprietary technologies are the property of ReggaePixel®. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Business Solutions

Clients engaging with Business Solutions agree to provide accurate business data for consultation. ReggaeBusiness™ and RAP programs are offered without restrictive contracts, but participants must comply with guidelines for fair use and ethical business practices.

6. Custom Prints

Users of Design Studio™ and ReggaeShop™ retain ownership of their creations but grant ReggaePixel® a license to display, market, and distribute products globally. Offensive or unlawful designs are prohibited.

7. Digital Enterprise

Digital Enterprise solutions are provided “as is.” Clients must ensure compatibility with their systems. ReggaePixel® is not liable for indirect damages resulting from implementation.

8. ALINERS Partnerships

Partnerships within ALINERS are governed by separate agreements. ReggaePixel® is not responsible for third‑party services but ensures alignment with our values and mission.

9. Mobile App Usage

The ReggaePixel® Mobile App may request permissions (location, camera, storage). Users may decline, but functionality may be limited. Unauthorized tampering or reverse engineering is prohibited.

10. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees for premium services are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated. Users authorize ReggaePixel® to process payments securely.

11. Limitation of Liability

ReggaePixel® provides services “as is” and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where required by law.

12. Third‑Party Links

Our platforms may contain links to external sites. ReggaePixel® is not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or harmful activities.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes shall be resolved in Jamaican courts.

15. Changes to Terms

ReggaePixel® may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website and Mobile App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
